She Wolf

This short story came to me through a meditation. I hope and wish you enjoy this! I hope it speaks to your heart!

She was so hurt from her past and the people that she became a lonely wolf.

She loved the night and the breeze…she loved howling under the moonlight.

Even if she didn’t know it…she was calling her pack.

She travelled the world only to find in her path lonely wolves but when she looked into their eyes… she could see their soul, she could see parts of herself in them, she could see how lonely they were.

Every wolf was so different…

Different hurts, different missing parts, different passion for life…

She never intended to be a leader but she felt the urge to call them all and create a family.

It wasn’t a family out of need. It wasn’t a family out of necessity or the need of belonging…

It was a family out of love cause all she could see in them behind the hurt, behind the missing parts, behind the betrayals and the need of loneliness was affection.

Affection for life, affection for understanding, affection for love…affection for a change.

All the lonely wolves answered her calling. They had felt something with her, something they couldn’t explain, something that was so different yet they couldn’t explain it.

They felt her essence and that essence was something so extraordinary!

It was like a magnet pulling them all together.

She felt the same and decided to create a pack. She was their Alpha.

But she wasn’t any regular Alpha. She wasn’t any kind of leader they had seen before.

When they all arrived, she took her human form again. Something she hadn’t done for years. Something she almost forgot. No one had seen her in this form and she hadn’t seen anyone in their human form.

She talked about loyalty, about devotion, about love, about companionship, about changes, about having each other’s backs.

She didn’t ask all these things from them…She offered them to each one of them.

They would all listen to her and it was like some piece of ice was melting and you could see it in their eyes as tears were running down…

Have you seen a wolf cry? She was seeing them crying at that very moment.

Each one of them started changing back into their human forms.

Each one of them felt like home again.

Each one of them would actually call her their Alpha. And she didn’t even ask for it… She just offered what she needed for herself, what she knew better.

They created their pack, their tribe. They started learning things for each other.

They started loving each other in ways they didn’t know they were capable of.

And she was always there…

A leader, a friend, a mother, a daughter, a woman…and she invested so much of herself in the family she had created that she had forgotten how it is to be taken care of by someone else.

Until the day where one wolf came to find her. He was an Alpha too but he was alone. His past… unknown. He had heard a lot of stories about her and felt the urge to meet her.

She welcomed him in and she opened all the doors of her home. She explained in details how her tribe was actually living their lives, how much they supported each other and how they also had their individual lives.

She explained what mattered and what didn’t. He was still keeping his wolf form.

The night came and she offered him a roof and he accepted. When she woke up in the morning the wolf had disappeared.

Deep down she knew she was going to see him again. She never questioned her instincts.

A month later, she opened the door again and she saw that wolf. Her heart started pulsating faster and faster. The wolf changed and took his human form… and behind him you could see a whole pack. They were all taking their human forms, one by one.

That was the beginning of a new dawn. Two Alphas, one pack.

She found the leader of her heart. She found someone to share her huge heart and her passion for life and family.

She never forgot the loneliness she felt for so many years. That was her blessing in disguise.

She never forgot how it felt like to be running free and alone.

She never forgot everything that made her feel so much pain from her past.

She was unapologetically grateful for everything because all these challenges brought her to the point to create this amazing tribe of people all over the world and now all together were changing the order of the world.
